About the Agent
Jay entered the real estate industry in 2010 and was amongst the pioneer batch of property agents to be licensed in Singapore.
She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and was placed on the Dean’s List in her graduating year of 2006.
Prior to real estate, she was a government scholar with the Defence Science & Technology Agency (DSTA) where she served from 2006 to 2010.
After four years as a defence engineer, she made the transition to real estate to broaden her horizons, as well as apply her analytical and problem-solving skills in a more consumer-focused, broad-based manner.
Having been in the industry for almost two decades, she has accumulated significant experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Her special interests are in industrial real estate (thanks to her engineering background), and residential leasing & property management (where she delivers through-train support to landlords & tenants in a structured systematic manner).
A firm believer that “change is the only constant“, her team dedicates a significant amount of time to continuous learning and improvisation. They are always looking to reinvent existing systems and explore new territories to stay sharp and competitive.
Many of her clients have been with her for more than a decade, valuing her organised & no-nonsense, yet approachable & low-pressure working style.
